Group therapy is one unique experience and opportunity for individuals to grow and connect with others who share similar challenges, fears, barriers and more often feel isolated.
Here we target to achieve Peer play, socialisation, turn taking, sharing, emotional regulation, freedom from anxiety, exploration, initiation, leadership, correction of attachment style, facing and behaving in various situations, building overall personality, facilitating good, listening and observations skills, building their self-esteem by making them realise they are not alone, creating safety nets of their own and helping them create for others.
